Initial consultation: An opportunity to meet one another and discuss your requirements, the garden’s opportunities and constraints.

Site Survey and Outline Proposals: Once you decide to proceed; a detailed survey of your garden will be carried out and a scaled base plan will be produced. We will discuss your requirements in further detail and agree on a brief. We will then proceed to produce sketch designs together with some graphic material to help you envisage the space and get an idea about the materials to be used.

Master plan: This drawing is fully annotated showing detailed features such as paving, ponds, paths and pergolas. Materials will be specified on this drawing and construction details, sketch drawings and cross sections will also be provided as necessary to assist the accurate construction of the space. Planting themes will also be shown including suggested species and proposed trees.

Detailed planting plan: These plans will detail the exact species, locations, sizes and quantities of plants.

Cost Estimate: We can provide you with a cost estimate for each area of the garden.
